Shipping Policies: 

Estimated Average Shipping Times

  • North America : 3 - 5 business days
  • Europe : 2 - 4 weeks
  • Everywhere Else: 3 - 4 weeks* 

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping options selected and carrier operations.  *some international locations can take 6 weeks or more. 

Customs & Fees

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs and cannot offer refunds for any import taxes or fees.

Return Policies:

Eligible Items:

Items must be in the original condition as we sold them. Dirty, worn, laundered, altered, stained or damaged items are not eligible for returns. We do not offer rental services, so if your garment shows signs of wear a restocking or cleaning fee may apply. Items originally purchased with free shipping are subject to at 15% restocking fee. 
Intimate items (robes, undergarments, bathing suites etc) and sale or clearance items are ineligible for returns and are considered final sale. 

Time Frame: 

Please contact us within 7 non-business days (one week) of delivery.

Items must be shipped back to us within 14 non-business days (two weeks) of delivery.

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and/or a cleaning or restocking fee at our discretion.

We recommend shipping all returns with insurance coverage as we're unable to reimburse items that are lost or damaged by shipping providers or couriers.  

Exchanges:

Due to the one of a kind nature of our items we do not offer exchanges or store credit. 

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original purchase method (card, Paypal, etc.) We're unable to refund or provide reimbursements for more than the original order amount. Credits and refunds will be made for the original cost of the item, less any shipping, restocking or cleaning fees.  In the rare event of shipping damage, images of the item condition and packaging are required (these images should be in focus, clear and show the entire item and/or package or box.)
